How to create a new user in SharePoint when the user does not exist in AD?

I need to import a lot of old data into SharePoint. In this data, I need to create many users that are no longer in AD. Does anyone know how to do this?

  • Recover users in Active Directory and disable accounts
  • File Attribute for Shared Account
