For me, MsTest (compared to MBUnit, NUnit, and XUnit.net) is enough in terms of features.

The integrated Ok runner, it runs faster than the Resharper runner and produces better output (IMHO), however left-clicking on the unit test element in the runner will lead you to exit instead of the unit-test source, which is very unintuitive and annoying.
