Recognizing the text effect in the image for Photoshop

Question

I had my website developed by the designer, I have this image, I want to use the same image for the other navigation menus that I want to add now, my designer does not supply me psd`s of this,

How can I find out what text effects and fonts should I use in Photoshop to achieve the same result?

For the image on the right, use the same process to process the tab, just change the fill color or gradient overlay to the foreground and background colors, and for the text use a simple shadow with a distance of 2 or 3 pixels and a size of 2 pixels.
