Need advice for ASP.NET Form Builder

Question

I would like to learn and create a custom registration form, the user can edit and create all kinds of forms using another element, for example, like the Google Docs online form, I want to learn how to develop a simple form similar to using .NET technology, can anyone kindly advise me what is the best approach and is there any tutorial that can be used?
