Does GlUseProgram (0) take 50 ms?

Are there any reasons why a call to disable the glsl program should take 50 ms?

I used to do glFlush, so it cannot be leaked before changing the program.

Turning on the shader takes 0.03ms.

Just guess - if you are working in a compatibility-compatible GL context, disabling the GLSL program may cause the design of a fixed-function program (FFP) based on the current state of the FFP GL.
