How to make Vim an extension of markers?

Question

When I use the marker marks of the first Mediawiki class, pressing the enter key also shows a marker point for the next line:

* <CR>
*

But when I have second level markers, it just starts a new empty line

** <CR>
(blank line)

What parameter / expression do I need to change / the program to fit **on the second line?

I have set autoindentin my vimrc, not sure if this is the one that does the repetition *with the enter key.

setlocal formatoptions=ctnqro
setlocal comments+=n:*,n:#

It works this way in vimwiki .
