How do you add a JBoss EJB dependency with the created WebService?

I am trying to deploy EJB to a JBoss that uses the @WebService annotation. However, the EJB is dependent on the EJB in the other ear. By adding the @Depends annotation, EJB start is delayed until the ear is loaded, but it seems that the WebService generator is still trying to start the generated WAR as soon as it sees the annotation.

Is there something similar to @Depends for generated JBossWS that I can add?
