Any custom CSS project with Sharepoint sites

Has anyone used a project ( http://www.blueprintcss.org/ ) with Office SharePoint Server publishing sites? If so, what do you think? Any catches or problems? Does it really save time and simplify the site with accurate cross-browsers?

Last year I used Blueprint CSS with SharePoint (MOSS).

I am a contractor in the UK and this was for a 3 month project with 1 technical resource (to me). The company (a large British banking services company) had an existing intranet installation and wanted to switch to an intranet site based on the publication of MOSS publications.

The design was based on a fixed-width column (960px), so I looked at the CSS frames available at the time, and Blueprint looked simple and flexible (the development tool http://kematzy.com/blueprint-generator/ to create a custom mesh) .
