Create iPhone UI Elements

I found a bunch of iPhone objects inside the interface designer, but I assumed that there would be a standard package of icons, gradients, etc., to make things more apple-like.

How can I create this graphic simply using pngs or are there special forms of drawing tools, can I use the built-in interface designer?
