ASP.NET Poems Winforms

Question

Does anyone know where I can find a good comparison between the "generally accepted" Pro and Con for developing ASP.NET styles of Win 2.0 forms. Preferably something official. I need to make a presentation to my boss (not the technique at all) about the two, and I'm looking for something "official" to show him. I found a lot of things on the forums, but I can not find anything from the "official" source
