How to identify the neck of a bottle when loading a page?

I have a page that uses jQuery UI and calls datepicker in two different text fields. No calls, i.e. just loading the page without adding a date, the page loads in 1.20 seconds. When connecting date pickers, the page loads in 3.92 seconds. (this is in firefox)

How can I get this speed? Based on the network diagram in Firebug, this is not a network problem, but it seems to be related to datepicker attachments. Is there any way to speed this up?

In addition, the behavior is observed only in Firefox 3.0.11. Chrome is fast and simple, and IE7.

Use FireBug and YSlow plugins for FireFox. The former allows synchronization and logging, while the latter has a list of rules and makes suggestions as to what needs to be configured.
