Create PDF file to PDF

Question

I am trying to create an editable PDF from an existing PDF. There are Textbox fields, however my PDF has images that look like a checkbox. Acrobat Pro does not define these controls as check boxes. There are about 200 flags in my PDf that tediously replace them manually with flags. Is there a way to identify these images as checkboxes programmatically and automatically create controls?

If you are using a version of Premium OmniForm that you can convert to PDF, do the final editing in Acrobat. Much easier than trying to create it using the Acrobat Pro 9 Form Wizard to create forms from paper or electronic documents.

Try Scansoft / Nuance Omniform .. for some people, it works better when detecting flags that are similar to the structures in the image than Acrobat Pro 9.
