CSS Framework - off the shelf or homegrown?

Is there an existing structure that meets the needs of your projects with little change, or have you developed your own? What do you recommend for those trying to make this decision with these priorities:

  • CSS reset
  • Attention to the printing house; base grid
  • Semantic classes
  • Availability
  • Many helper classes: for example .. demforized, .errormsg, .readmore, etc.
  • Grid if it does not conflict C # 3

Not a priority: - Support for fluids / elastic layouts - Enter ems /% s

Thanks in advance.

I recommend you Siimpler is a simple html structure with a ready-made file / folder structure, but you can customize it for your needs. For exp. You can choose between CSS reset and Normalize.css.
