What is a good C # Windows Forms programming study project?

I want to learn C # so that I can develop a desktop. I developed C # command line applications and wanted to expand them to desktop applications.

I was thinking of creating a screenshot tool, such as Jing, or perhaps an Outlook plugin to synchronize contact information with a service like Google.

What are your thoughts? My past experience has been with web applications built into PHP.
