Xcode: The session is inactive. Check your settings and try again. 0xE800001E

This happens after I click Build and Go to launch my application on my device.

Build → Clean fixes it, but it’s very annoying to clean and rebuild the whole project every time I want to start it.

PS Is there a way to transfer my application to my iPhone using Xcode, but not launch it?

Rebooting the device and Xcode seem to have fixed it for me. At least for now ...

Have you tried reinstalling the SDK?

Try to kill the whole background application if you are running on iOS 4.0 or higher.
