Billing module

I am launching a small service and plan to charge a monthly fee (for example, it will be advertised as $ 10 per month). I am currently working on a billing module, but I was a bit interested:

I plan to bill customers when they first register, and then at regular intervals. Going to my question - a few months - less than 30 days. Is there a monthly calculation equal to the 30-day interval, or is anything between 28-30 days considered a monthly interval?

I planned to do 30 because it seems that customers would expect, but I also wonder if some companies charge a fee for a fixed interval other than 30 days.

Payment is considered monthly 12 times a year, not once every thirty days.

Preferably, billing should be on the anniversary of the original monthly billing date. If there are fewer days in the current month than in the original payment DOM, the invoice will be issued on the last day of the current month, but will invoice again on the anniversary day next month.
