RESTful WCF service through standard WCF service

What is the main difference between a RESTful WCF service and a standard WCF service? I'm not sure where and why to use it and are there any additional benefits?

In our current project, we will use ASP.net MVC, so will RESTful WCF be useful from this point of view?

Are there any special disadvantages of using the RESTful WCF service?
