Issue a certificate for PKCS # 10 CSR without a Cert template. 0x80094801 MS W2K3 Enterprise CA

We have MS Enterprise 2003 CA. I am trying to issue a certificate for PKR CSC # 10, which is created without a certificate template. I get the following error:

The request does not contain information about the certificate template. 0x80094801 (-2146875391) Rejected by political module 0x80094801, the request does not contain a certificate template extension or a certificate template request attribute

Is there any work to improve the interaction of our certification authority so that we can issue certificates for CSR without a certificate template?

I found a solution for my request.

certreq allows you to issue certificates for a PKCS # 10 request without templates. Templates, including custom templates, can be specified in accordance with Enterprise 2003 CA security policies.

Following is the syntax

certreq -submit -attrib "CertificateTemplate:<Template Name>" <CertificateRequest.req>
