How to configure ReportViewer so that it can export CSV to ASP.NET (ReportViewer that ships with VisualStudio 2005/2008)? So it will be separate from the current drop down list? At the moment, it is only for Excel and PDF, but not for CSV.

When you run the report viewer in local mode, you cannot export anything except PDF and Excel. If you want to export to other formats, you need to run the report viewer in server mode. Then rendering is done on the SQL server through extensions.
