Apache MaxClients when KeepAlive is disabled

Question

with apache, is it wise to reduce MaxClientswhen KeepAlivethere is one Off? currently MaxClientsset to 150, which is the default for mpm-worker.

• nginx serves static files and reverse proxies for apache
• we average about 12-15 queries per second
• cpu load avg never higher 0.8in quad
