How do I move the taskbar on top of Visual Studio 2008 in Full Screen mode?

I’m often in full screen mode, but the taskbar will become hidden.

How can I make the taskbar hide?

Rationale for this: We use Google Talk for quick communication in our office. Therefore, when I go to full screen, I can not see the notification email.
