Is there a library that can convert raster vector conversion for iPhone?

Question

I am trying to take an image and extract manual text so that it can be easily read and enlarged. I would like to convert text to vector paths.

I do not know any libraries that will make it as painless as possible. Any help is appreciated. Examples are good too :)
