C ++ GUI graphics platform?

Hey there. I am looking for a nice, free GUI / GUI structure.

Let's say I want to create an iPhone or Palm Pre from scratch. How am I using user interface frameworks?

(Forget that Apple created this and these libraries in the past :) is simply the best way to express what exactly I'm looking for.)

In essence, I'm looking for a very customizable GUI that can be used, which is also pretty fast. I really don't want to use widgets that are already provided by things like GTK or something else. I am looking to create my own.

Do you know what I'm saying? Again, an iPhone or Palm Pre analogy. Thank you very much!

(I looked at things like openFrameworks, which looks promising.)

Qt is nice. You do not need to use your widgets, you can create everything from scratch using QPainter and still take advantage of your MVC environment. Starting with version 4.5, LGPL, so it can be used for commercial applications freely while you look at your connection.
