WCF Service - SSPI Authentication / Error

When I start my WCF service on my local machine, it works fine. When I deploy the same files to our test server, I get this error when my test client tries to connect to the WCF service:

Security Support Provider Authentication Error (SSPI). the server may not work in the account with the identifier "host / Server01". If the server is running under a Network Service for example, specify the ServicePrincipalName account as the identifier in the EndpointAddress for the server. If the server is running under a user account, specify the UserPrincipalName account as the identifier in the EndpointAddress for the server.

What does this mean and in what area should I look for a fix? I played with the web.config authentication section, but I'm still not sure what is needed.

I got a similar error, but the message is slightly different

Right-click on the application pool on which the website is running, click Property, then go to the Identification tab. Try entering the identifier "host / Server01" and see if that helps.
