How to set ASP.NET Ajax ModalPopupExtender position?

Is it possible to set the position of modalpopupextender Ajax to an absolute or relative position on the page?

By default, it is placed in the center of the page, and I did not find a way to override this.

I would like to place a popup next to the control that launches it.

There are X and Y properties that you can set with the latest version:
