IIS 401.3 error for mp4 files

Question

I have a web application that contains a virtual directory for video. When a user uploads a video, my automatic program creates an mp4 version of this file. My virtual directory uses built-in auth windows. and my .wmv and .mp4 files are in the same folder.

When I try to access the .mp4 video version, it shows me this error.

"HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the    requested resource."

At the same time, when I access the .wmv file, it works fine. can anyone help me on this.

Add the MIME type for the extension .mp4in the IIS configuration. I think the problem.
