Convert the .dgp file

Question

I have (many) .dgp files, which are an image file that I cannot open with any of the regular editors. I know this is a fairly ordinary image file, although not encoded, or something like that. It’s just that the headers or what are not wrong. I really don't know much about this.

Is there any program that could help me participate in the image file and see the insides, or perhaps even better, automate the process for me.

Edit: There may not be a ready-made built-in converter that you can use. What I'm looking for more is some kind of application that can read image data even without the right headers.

My DGP file is an image extracted from an old Sega Saturn game. My job is to figure out how to get it in a useful form, even if most applications do not recognize it.
