I have a solution containing several projects, as well as some projects that are copied to subfolders in relation to the main application. Is it possible to deploy this with ClickOnce? Or should I create a separate project, including links to my embedded files, for clickonce deployment only?

Reference assemblies are included automatically, and if I add .EXE to a subfolder of my project, it appears in the Application | Project Files dialog box | Publish
