Delphi 7 continues to use obsolete form

Question

The modified, updated form is not used, although the use and settings of the project seem fine, the old form files are deleted from the disk.

Is this a bug in the IDE? I can simply delete the form and copy it to another unit with a new name.

If he uses the old form, he must get it from somewhere - he does not appear from the air. Two scenarios come to mind:

1) This is somewhere where you do not understand. Find your system for files with this name.
