QuickConnect vs Phonegap

Which JavaScript mobile development tool would you use based on momentum, existing documentation and functionality, and the ability to go through strict app store policies?

I found Phonegap the easiest to use. However, Quickconnect seems more ambitious in terms of supporting multiple platforms, the author tells me that Quickconnect is used in many applications (but cannot disclose which ones). Allegedly, Phonegap applications were rejected because senders downloaded all applications from the Internet, but the structure seems sluggish. Apple did not respond to the Phonegap team about the application failure.

If I had to make a choice, it would be Phonegap at this stage, but if you really do not want the application to be on multiple platforms, I don’t understand why you would not use the excellent tools provided by Apple for developing in their native language.
