What is the easiest way to make tooltips behave the way I want

I don't like the default behavior of ToolTip. First of all, I don’t like it, because the tooltip is shown for the Autoise Miliseconds, it disappears and no longer appears if you hover over the control again. Secondly, I do not like that AutoPopDelay is limited to 5000 milliseconds.

I found one way to make the tooltip always appear when moving the mouse over the control, even if it was shown for a time longer than AutoPopDelay: I call toolTip.Hide () in the MouseLeave handler. This tooltip will reappear above the mouse. But I did not find an easy way to show the tooltip for a longer time (longer than 5000 milliseconds). If I call toolTip.Show () in the MouseEnter, the toolTip is displayed in the wrong position. I like the position in which it is displayed automatically :)
