When I try to (re) publish my clickonce application, I get the following:
Failed to copy file 'E: * path * \ default.htm' to '\ path \ default.htm'. Failed to add 'default.htm' to the website. The file 'default.htm' already exists on this website.
There are three files with the same error message - default.htm, setup.exe and the app app app file.
What's happening? I have published this before, many times - although several months have passed since the last publication.
