Should I upgrade from CGI.pm to CGI :: Simple?

I noticed CGI :: Simple , something distorted for the CGI.pm module. Should I use CGI :: Simple instead? What will he offer me through CGI.pm, which I have used for eight years? I see that CGI :: Simple does not generate HTML; what should i use for this? And it integrates with CGI :: Simple, allowing me to save form values, as CGI.pm does?
