Which PHP framework is most closely cloned for ActiveRecord (RoR)

As stated in this question.

What structure in PHP is most closely cloned for ActiveRecord (Ruby on Rail).

I went through many of the frameworks, claiming that they are based on the ActiveRecord ideology, but unfortunately, nothing comes close to ActiveRecord. Wny?

Is there such a framework that I missed?
