I am working for orginization, which has an in-house Access / SQL application running in-house. We have encountered a problem with Explorer.exe, which gives an error and failure.

What is the best way to start tracking this problem and find a solution?
Make sure that WinDBG is installed, configure it as the default debugger, then use "Analysis" and get a crash dump.
