Im almost ready to offer the iPhone app in the Apple app. Keep and make my millions.;)

For those of you who left earlier, did you create a business (LLC or property) to preserve the rule of law?

In the end, it really depends on your application development plans. If you intend to make this a “real” business, you absolutely want to include it in legal protection and tax benefits. If this is just a hobby / something that you do in your free time, I would not bother.
