C # form move

Question

Is there a way to control where you can move the form?

Therefore, if I move a form, it can only be moved along the vertical axis, and when I try to move it horizontally, nothing happens.

I do not want to use buggies, for example, to change the location or move the event and pull it back. I have no way to use something like redefining WndProc, but after some searching, I could not find anything. Please, help

Most likely, you will want to override WndProc and process the WM_MOVING message. According to MSDN :
