Which CSS toolkit for your initial page layout do you prefer? Is there a solution that will have:

  • Proven browser compatibility;
    • Large scalability (a small source for a small project and adding new code only if necessary);
    • Clean and readable source.

I assume that you are referring to the CSS structure when you say toolkit.

I have worked with both Blueprint and the 960 Grid System, and they both work well. They are both customizable and to some extent modular.
