Mass Refactoring C #

Question

I want to be able to reorganize 500 projects at a time.

I have about 20 solutions, and I do not have the main solution with everything, because I did not figure out a way to automatically create .

Any suggestions?

I tried codeplex's slnTools to create a solution, and the visual studio pretty much shot the entire operating system. Not sure if this solution was not created properly or was just a limitation of Windows / Visual Studio.
