I am looking for a VoIP service that my application can use to make calls to landlines and mobiles.
What I need:
- I would generate a sound file and send it to the service. The service will then place the call and play the audio file.
Other features that will be a plus:
- TTS (I am sending text and the service will convert it to audio for me)
- Ability to receive DTMF responses
Any suggestions?
