Configuring the Entity Framework in an Undefined Database Foreign Key Relationships

Question

For a number of reasons, the database I'm working on (SQL Server 2005) does not have a specific relationship. Each table has a primary key. And in most tables, there is at least one foreign key, but we have never set limits.

Can someone tell me the steps I should take to inform the Entity Framework about the underlying relationships between tables? Is there a specific document describing this process?
