Equivalent to SuspendLayout and ResumeLayout in WPF

Specific scenario. ControlA modifies the value that ControlB (a subclass of scrollviewer) calls to redirect it to the viewport, offset, and degree, and then fire the ScrollableChanged event. ControlB also captures the "ScrollableChanged" event and scrolls to a specific offset programmatically. This creates this terrible double redraw that would be completely eliminated if I could just call suspendlayout before changing the value and resume the session after performing the calculated scroll.

How to do it?
