Configuring Namespace Reservation in Windows XP 64 Bit

I need to register an HTTP URL namespace for a specific user group. The MSDN explains that I have to use HttpCfg.exe, which appears, which does not exist for the 64-bit version of Windows XP.

Does anyone have an idea on how to do this?

The problem is resolved using http://blogs.msdn.com/paulwh/attachment/2416236.ashx . I simply add the namespace of the HTTP URLs and grant execution rights to a specific user.

Download Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 Support Tools from the Microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=96a35011-fd83-419d-939b-9a772ea2df90&displaylang=en

Tools are 32-bit, but are supported on x64.
