How to receive SMS "from all over the world" and save it in the site database?

From a few months ago, when I used twitter, I was able to send an SMS twitter, and when I get home and look at my Twitter page, I see that the SMS I sent on the site is a tweet. "That was great"

Now I want to do the same on my website, so someone will send an SMS message to my site as a command, and my site will save this command in db for further processing.

Contact your message provider, they will have solutions for each country they support.

In practice, these things need to be agreed on the basis of each country (for example, short codes, etc.), but providers will help a lot.

Depending on which countries you want to cover, one provider is likely to do this - if you need absolutely every country with a mobile network, then you may need several, in which case integration will be more difficult.
