How did you get the name Cocoa Framework?

I would like to know how the Cocoa Framework got its name. I know the name comes from cocoa - beans, but I need to know more details for the little tutorial that I am writing. This is a very unusual name for the framework, and I would like to know why this name was chosen.

According to Wikipedia :

Prior to its use as a trademark, Cocoa was named an application that allows children to create multimedia projects. Originally known as KidSim, it is now licensed for third parties and sold as Stagecast Creator. The program was discontinued in one of the rationalizations that followed Steve Jobs's return to Apple. The name was reused to avoid delays in registering a new trademark, with Stagecast agreeing to sell the older Cocoa under a new name.

I would suggest that this is a pun in Java that was very popular / bloated at the time (1998-1999).
