Writing the correct table description

Question

This is the first time I am writing descriptions for my SQL Server tables (from a field Descriptionin a window Properties), and I started thinking about what to write in that field.

For examples, some tables do not require explanation according to their names ... for example, a table under the name Albumsin the "Music System". What description could you write in this case?

And what "other" information do you usually indicate in the description? Do you mention a relationship with a table?

Is there a standard formal way to write table descriptions?

If you are using a source control, I cannot come up with any comment for this that would not be better used as an SCC comment. I believe that this is unnecessary and will not use it if your organization does not have a standard for this.
