What should I use with ASP.Net MVC, NHibernate, LINQ, EF?

Hi, I posed the question a little earlier, and I had some answers that I should look at some different technologies. Which of the above (or others, feel free to mention) is the most popular or most effective.

As stated in my previous question, I am learning ASP.Net MVC. I come from the background in Java, but am I ready to try and find out what most people use in conjunction with ASP.Net MVC?

Edit: I made quick Google Trends to try and the pickup which is the most popular (assumming most search = most popular = best supported, yes, I know the concept is fraught with short crashes), then LINQ is the best way:

LINQ to SQL is the easiest of all. I suggest you start with LINQ to SQL.

NHibernate may seem closer to Java Hibernate, but I highly recommend using LiNQ for SQL as a starting point.

NHibernate is by far the best ORM in the .NET world.
