How to make clipboard display in Visual Studio 2008?

If I try to add a tab to the toolbar and call it “Clipboard Ring”, I get an error message stating that a tab with the same name already exists. Is there any way to display it?

Accordingly, the tab has been removed from newer versions of Visual Studio: How to create a clipboard ring in the VS2008 toolbar?

Perhaps they keep the name reserved in case they ever want to return it.

However, you can drag the text to the Toolbar tab and move it there for future use.

Control + Shift + Ins . Control + Shift + V .

You can also select text and drag it into the toolbar window. Just double-click the text on the toolbar to turn it on. It’s easier for me when I need to copy text in different places. See here for more details.
