I am writing a very simple system for rendering programs for 3D particles, but it’s really interesting for me to encode a particle system and a rasterizer, so what I'm looking for is the easiest way to go from the coordinates of 3d particles through the camera to display the coordinates, but with features like the FOV variable and the target (watch) camera.
Any additional functions, such as the distance from point to point, limiting volumes, etc., will be a bonus, but for me ease of use is more important than functions.
The only requirement for a license is that it is free (like in beer).
