C # Winforms Transparent management allowing clicks

I have a Winforms control that starts completely transparent, but then lines are drawn on it for things. I want the mouse events to completely ignore the control and instead go to the material (buttons and all this trash) below.

Is there any way to do this? By the way, P / Invoking will be fine.

I was also looking for a solution. The closest I came to get completely transparent areas for click-by-clicking by setting the Region property of the control to a transparent area.
